You’ve made an order, the sun is shining and your furry friend is soon to be over the moon when your Pawblem product arrives!  Now what?

Once an order is placed, our team will collect your Pawblem product, and package it with smiles, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. 

Sometimes there is too much love to put in one parcel, so you may get multiple Pawblem packages from our different fulfilment locations. Not to worry though, they will still be sent at the same time.

Your Pawblem product will then gently be sent via Husky Mail (or Post, if the pack is unavailable), and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within one month.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey.

 

Each custom product takes 3-5 days to create from scratch. To reduce the time it takes to get the product to you, our custom products are developed, finished and customised before being sent directly from our overseas warehouse. This significantly reduces the wait times for customers. Due to the customisation the average delivery time ranges roughly 14-21 business days.   You can refer to our Delivery Page for more details about your country.

If you’re located in Europe or North America, not a cent! We send out all orders via free standard shipping with the regional Postal service. 

Our standard shipping timelines for North American and European orders are usually between 7-21 business days from when they’re dispatched from the fulfilment centre.  However, please allow time for potential Covid-19 induced delays.

Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to the postal service, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the the postal service’s site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Please get in touch, and our dedicated support team of whippets will resolve it almost as they run!

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although the postal service has Covid-19 induced backlogs, we strive to ensure that delivery is as quick as possible and within 21 business days. Unfortunately, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. 

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within one month, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with the postal service.

*Please note: Once we pass your Pawblem order to the postal service, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by the postal service. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Oops, is your Pawblem product not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not already shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You may still be able to redirect it via the  tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order – if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Pawblem products are loved by pets all over the globe! We ship internationally to most countries.  We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Calming Donut Beds – The covers of all of our beds are removable and machine washable. We do not recommend washing the inner inserts, if necessary hand wash only.

Oh dear, you can definitely tell the ones whose pets haven’t experienced Pawblem products yet! We can promise you, all our range is worth every penny. Gone are the days of mucky cars and beds with holes in them – we ensure to source only the best possible materials for our adorable products so that they are designed to last! Once your dog won’t relinquish their Pawblem product, you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about.
